Kim Murachver, MS, RD, LDN, CDE is the founder and owner of Greene Nutrition. She is a registered dietitian/nutritionist, certified diabetes educator, and certified intuitive eating counselor.
Kim believes how we feed our body and our mind matters. She emphasizes whole foods that taste good, positive thinking, and a healthy dose of humor. She is a self-proclaimed “foodie” and a believer that life is too short to eat foods you don’t enjoy. She uses a non-diet approach to bring together the science and art of nutrition, helping people make practical lifestyle changes and foster a happier relationship with food and themselves. She utilizes current nutrition research, intuitive eating principles, and her love of food and cooking in her practice. She values a client-centered method of counseling, and strives to make each person feel comfortable and validated while working together.
Before starting private practice, Kim was the head dietitian at the Outpatient Nutrition Clinic at Beth Israel Hospital-Needham, and continues to work part-time at the Joslin Diabetes Center in Needham. Past work and internship experiences include McLean Hospital and Good Samaritan Medical Center. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Franklin and Marshall College and her Masters degree in Nutrition from Boston University.
In her free time, Kim enjoys hiking with her adorable pup, biking on rail trails, planning the next trip or restaurant adventure, and making homemade pizza with her husband.
